The Staff Accountant will be tasked with supporting the preparation of monthly analytic reports, conducting account reconciliations, managing regulatory filings, and contributing to the efficient completion of the month-end close process, utilizing NetSuite software.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize NetSuite software to prepare and process general ledger transactions and journal entries.
- Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations using NetSuite to ensure accurate reporting.
- Assist in finalizing the monthly close process with the aid of NetSuite functionality.
- Generate support schedules for quarterly and annual SEC filings within the NetSuite platform.
- Collaborate in audits, leveraging NetSuite tools, for both quarterly and year-end procedures.
- Conduct various ad-hoc financial analyses and execute special projects as directed, leveraging NetSuite capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting function.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential; familiarity with NetSuite software is preferred.
- Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple job assignments concurrently.
